    Sarah Warley

    Sarah is the Founder of The Key Clinic, a revolutionary practice which brings together multiple cutting-edge, drug-free therapies under one roof to help unlock people's potential. She studied Experimental psychology at Oxford University and has continued to train across many cutting-edge, game-changing interventions which target the root causes of poor functioning. She has lived and worked in New York, Japan, Singapore, France and the UK. She is also a mother to four and motivated by helping people live happier, healthier, more successful lives.

  • Brinda Kugapala

    Brinda is driven by finding innovative solutions to challenging problems and making a meaningful difference to people's lives, by improving their health and wellbeing. She wants to create sustainable healthcare models that are inclusive and accessible for all, with a focus on prevention and early intervention.

    She has 15+ years general management experience in Strategy, Operations and Transformation and has worked across multiple sectors including healthcare, retail, tech and financial services. Prior to joining The Key Clinic, Brinda was a Deputy Director at NHS England, leading on the delivery of a £2.3bn funded change programme to increase access and transform mental health services across the country. Prior to her NHS experience, Brinda worked at Amazon where she launched new businesses and scaled existing ones, and before that as a management consultant.

  • Dr. Clementina La Rosa

    Consultant Paediatrician and Endocrinologist

    Qualifications:
    BSc (Hons), PG Cert. (UCL 2012)

    Dr Clementina is a consultant paediatrician and endocrinologist. She graduated from the University of Catania in Italy, completed specialist training in general paediatrics and then sub-specialised in paediatric endocrinology. Dr Clementina has also experience in the area of neurodevelopmental delay a having worked as community paediatrician in Camden and West Essex. Her practice has focused on the endocrine care of children and adults, with most of my core training based in the adult endocrine and reproductive medicine unit at University College London Hospital (UCLH).

    Dr Clementina is a passionate believer in the “whole – person” care for prevention and management of chronic disorders. Seeking an individualised approach to improve patient’s health and quality of life, she has complemented her training with further education in nutrition (PGCert Nutrition and Public Health, UCL 2012), Ketogenic Nutrition (American Nutrition Association 2021), Functional Medicine (AFMCP 2017), and health coaching.

  • Andre Biryuchinskiy

    CTO

    Qualifications:
    Andre holds a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from MIT and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Evansville.

    Andre loves creating new consumer products that make essential services more accessible to people. He is the CTO of an American social media company - Hardworkers - backed by Snapchat and MIT. There, he plays a pivotal role in connecting, informing, and upskilling workers most affected by the pandemic and shifts due to technology-driven labor changes. He began his career in finance, working for UBS and HSBC in New York and Chicago. Later, Andre served as a Research Associate at MIT, where he applied quantitative modeling to guide government policy.

    In his free time, Andre delves into research on topics like happiness, empathy, and mental engineering. He also cherishes having deep and meaningful conversations with people from different corners of the world.

  • Anna Trundle

    Qualifications:
    Anna is an HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist with 30 years experience in a variety of clinical settings; including Neuro rehabilitation to injured service personnel and as a Case Manager for brain injured clients.

    Anna's specialism is in Paediatrics and she is able to assess/diagnose children and adults for Dyspraxia via Dyspraxia UK. Anna is also a National Handwriting Association Tutor and trained in Auditory Therapy.

  • Jessie Fuller

    Senior Principal Neurodevelopmental Practitioner
    Training Lead

    Qualifications:
    BSc in Psychology and Sociology, MA in Psychoanalytic Studies and currently undergoing a 3-year counselling diploma with The Psychosynthesis Trust. She is also a certified Key Clinic Neuroplastician, multi-style yoga instructor, Special Yoga instructor for individuals with special educational needs and children’s yoga instructor. Qualified Bioflex LLLT practitioner and trained in Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Therapy (L3). Jessie has also completed further training in Occupational Audiology.

    Before her clinical work and throughout her studies, Jessie spent 8 years working as a 1:1 social carer for children and adults with learning, behavioural and emotional difficulties in Bristol and London. She has also taught yoga to adults and children in private and group settings for 10 years and continues to host classes, workshops and retreats outside of her clinical work. Prior to working in a therapeutic setting she also worked for a number of humanitarian organisations including her 6-month position as child protection officer for UNHCR in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • Anna Hamilton

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Science in Paediatric Nursing from Kings College London. Certified Key Clinic Neuroplastician. Qualified Bioflex LLLT practitioner and has completed training in Occupational Audiology.

    Anna spent 10 years in paediatric nursing in London, Leeds & Sydney, working in neurology & intensive care wards before joining The Key Clinic in 2017.

  • Emma Freemantle The Key Clinic

    Qualifications:
    Diploma in Holistic Nutrition from the School of Natural Health Science. Certified Key Clinic practitioner. Emma has also completed training in Occupational Audiology.

    Emma has cared for and worked with children in Orphanages in South America and Eastern Europe. She has also worked for many years as a Nutritional Assistant at Maggie's Cancer Centre, Charing Cross Hospital.

  • Katy Oatridge The Key Clinic

    MChem (Oxon) and PGCE (Secondary Science) from the University of Oxford; INPP; Auditory training.

    After studying at Oxford University Katy taught Chemistry and Physics for 13 years in an independent school in the North. During this time, she came across the use of the INPP neurodevelopmental programme in school to help struggling or underachieving children. Following a career break for her three children and a move South, she completed post-graduate training as a Neurophysiological Psychologist at the Institute of Neurophysiological Psychology (INPP) in Chester and qualified as a Johansen auditory therapist. Her desire was to remove barriers to learning using these successful therapies so that children can successfully engage in their education.

Post graduate training as a Neurophysiological Psychologist with the Institute of Neuro-Physiological Psychology (INPP), Chester. Qualified practitioner of Auditory Therapy. 12 years as an Occupational Psychologist in the corporate sector specialising in training and development before focusing on child development & education.

    Works part time in a trauma-informed school for children with social, emotional and learning difficulties and has volunteered as a SEN Governor in mainstream and alternative settings.

  • Vanessa West The Key Clinic

    Vanessa has a BSc in Psychology from Durham University and a PGCE (Upper Primary) from Cambridge University.

    She worked as a teacher in London and Berkshire for many years before working as a private tutor, specialising in maths. Her interest in child development began when studying her degree, and her dissertation looked at dyslexia in undergraduates. As a mother of three girls, and through working with children, she has a keen interest in all aspects of learning and general health.

  • Tarryn Te Brake The Key Clinic

    Qualifications:
    Tarryn has a BSc in Human Physiology, Genetics, and Psychology from the University of Pretoria (South Africa).

    She has worked with patients in the NHS as an Optical Assistant and has experience working with children as an academic tutor and summer camp counsellor. Through working with various children in academic, non-academic, and healthcare settings, she has noticed the need to address the developmental, emotional, and academic needs of children in a holistic, bottom-up approach.

  • Catriona (Katy) Lonsdale The Key Clinic

    Catriona (Katy) Lonsdale

    Qualifications:
    Katy is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and certified New Insights Life Coach. She is also a highly certified Yoga and Ayurvedic therapist. Katy also has a BCom in Business Studies from Edinburgh University.

    As a parent, and having volunteered in various child based centres, Katy has a wealth of experience working and adapting to children's needs on an individual basis. She has spent the last 11 years running her own Yoga, Life Coaching, Massage and Mindfulness Business, predominantly working on a one-to-one basis with people in order to help with anxiety, stress, depression, and physical issues for pain, and disabilities.

  • Maya Rao

    Qualifications:
    Maya earned an MSc in Child Development with Distinction from UCL. Her rich experience includes volunteering in foster care, adoption charities, hospital wards, and child development center clinics across Hong Kong and the UK. She has served as a learning support assistant in a school, a support worker in a learning disabilities residential home, and has been involved in psychological research.

    Maya's dedication to child development and care is evident in her diverse roles and settings. Her commitment extends beyond professional settings, as she is the eldest of four siblings and part of a family that has welcomed two foster children. Her approach prioritizes a comprehensive understanding of each child's needs, placing the individual at the center of her work.

    Cynthia is a fully trained Walsh Institute Biomedical Practitioner following their protocols and updated advances in brain science and nutrient imbalances. She is also a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC), having studied Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

  • Olga Preston

    Olga is a graduate from ION. She has been working in the health industry for the last 25 years, and has over 10 years of clinical experience. Her main focus has been supporting clients with complex mental health needs.

    She worked for over 7 years at the Brain Bio Centre, is a visiting lecturer at ION, and delivers workshops and seminars on mental health at academic level and to the wider public.

    She is passionate about nutrition, about helping people regain control of who they are and what they want to do with their lives.

    She works with children to help them achieve their full potential and with adults to help them overcome the challenges associated with severe mental health conditions.

    Olga’s main area of interest has been working with teenagers, who are struggling with their mental health to protect them from transitioning into severe mental health disorders.

    She is also a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC) and Naturopath (GNC), having studied Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where she graduated with an award for ‘Outstanding Student Contribution in Nutrition’.

  • Maria Trindade The Key Clinic

    Maria qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in 2016. She is also a Certified TRE® (Trauma Release) Practitioner and holds the HeartMath® Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Self-Regulation.

    She has always had a keen interest in mental health, psychoneuroimmunology and psychosomatic medicine, leading her to specialise in integrative approaches in these areas. She has particular experience in addressing behavioural and mood disorders, chronic stress and the physiological effects of trauma with a range of natural interventions that target the root cause.

    As the former Health Coach Course Director at CNM and a former Corporate Wellness Consultant, Maria also has experience in positive psychology and health coaching: tools which motivate people to successfully implement health interventions, whether in their personal lives or at the workplace.

    Additionally, as a mother of two children, Maria deeply empathises with the challenges that children’s health concerns can bring to the family dynamic. She is passionate about the power of integrative approaches, especially nutrient therapy, in transforming children’s wellbeing.

    In 2010, Josie achieved a 1st class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy from the Centre for Nutrition Education at Middlesex University. Beyond this accomplishment, she expanded her expertise by becoming a certified specialist in both NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and nutrigenomics.

    Josie's vast experience spans across various health conditions, but she holds a special interest in the pivotal role the gut plays in health management.

    Deeply committed to her clients, she aims to enlighten them on the transformative potential of an integrative approach to health.

    Her immersion in nutrigenomics has further deepened her understanding, kindling a fascination with how chemical imbalances influence cognitive health.

  • Molly Roberson

    Molly is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC), having studied Nutritional Therapy and Lifestyle Medicine at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Mindfulness and Compassion from The University of Coventry, and has a special interest in supporting individuals with chronic conditions and autoimmune diseases.

  • Rachel Beasley

    Rachel is a registered Nutritional Therapist having completed her BSc with ION and Level 6 Diploma with CNM. She has had the opportunity to work in both private practice and the NHS.

    Rachel’s passion is mental health with a particular interest in neurodiversity, PMDD, disordered eating and eating behaviours. She is currently working towards her Master Eating Disorder Practitioner diploma (NCFED).

    Greg graduated with a First Class (Hons) in Education, as well as a PG Dip in Inclusive Education with the Institute of Child Education and Psychology in Europe.

    Greg is a fully qualified CBT psychotherapist and has a wealth of experience supporting adults, young people and parents with a variety of mental health issues. Greg is trained as a high intensity CBT therapist and is an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Prov.

    Jess initiated her journey with the clinic as an Admin Team Member in 2021. In 2022, she earned a promotion to the role of Assistant Project Manager, contributing significantly to technical projects. Now, in 2023, she holds the position of Operations and HR Coordinator. Beyond The Key Clinic, Jess completed a season working as a holiday park entertainer/vocalist, collaborating with groups of children and young adults. This unique experience ignited her passion for Mental Health and her strong desire to support individuals struggling with a lack of confidence in achieving their true ambitions.

    Lulu attended The University of Edinburgh and holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Anthropology

    Lulu brings a passion for education and a wealth of experience to her role at The Key Clinic. She honed her skills in a traditional classroom setting fostering young minds as a teacher for five years. Lulu graduated from University College London with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education and has since worked in the United Kingdom and Japan. Her desire to make a deeper impact led her to pursue a career focused on supporting children with unique learning needs. She thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside parents and fellow educators to create a nurturing and stimulating learning experience for all.

    Nina is a creative consultant and employs design as a tool for organisational growth. She is a key design project manager and an integral part of the tech and marketing team.

    Nina's journey in the healthcare field is driven by her passion for education and interest in working towards a more inclusive and drug-free, equitable healthcare system.

  • Niall Daly

    CFO/ Advisor

    Niall is a Chartered Accountant and experienced portfolio CFO/board advisor. He has worked across a number of sectors and businesses including a Private Equity backed Telecoms reseller, private equity backed national veterinary group, a gin and whiskey distillery, an Advertising and Technology business, a Digital Marketing agency, and an Interior Design company. Niall has helped a number of business successfully exit, raise funds and make acquisitions.

    Niall is an experienced mentor, facilitator, and trainer; He was a Growth expert on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme. Niall was Chief Operating Officer for e-skills UK, an IT and Telecoms Industry-led not-for-profit. Previously, Niall ran a software services business and was director of an international management consultancy and software services group.

    Stephen is a seasoned health tech leader with over 12 years of experience in managing digital teams and implementing operational efficiencies. He has held key roles at Peppy Health and Push Doctor, driving strategic initiatives that improved patient experiences and scaled operations.

    Stephen is committed to improving access to digital health services for underserved communities. As an advocate for diversity, equality, and inclusion, he fosters a positive company culture and is dedicated to enhancing healthcare for both children and adults.

    Claire joined the Administration Team at The Key Clinic in 2021 with over 30 years experience working within the Administration, Customer Service, Finance and Technical support sectors. Claire has a passion for high standards of Customer Service and support for all Clients.

  • Karen Simms

    Karen joined the Administration Team at The Key Clinic after over 30 years experience in the Information Technology Industry. This included roles in a variety of sectors including Software Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance and for the last 5 years in the Customer Success sector.

  • Lorran Shaerf

    Reception Team

    After working in Operations Management positions for various Australian organisations, Lorran studied and worked in California before returning to the UK in 2022. She has 12+ years of career experience and in-depth knowledge of business operations, office management, customer service and administrative support. Lorran is also a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as being a qualified Yoga Instructor. She now resides in Buckinghamshire with her family and works with the Biomedical Team.

  • Pinky Mzozoyana

    Qualifications:
    Pinky holds a National Diploma in Public Relations and Communication, and a BA Degree in Communication Science.

    She has eight years of customer service experience, having worked in both the health and call centre industries. Pinky is passionate about providing exceptional customer and client experiences with high standards.

    In her free time, Pinky enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, loves to read, watch movies, travel, and explore new things.

    Noks was born and bred in the beautiful South Africa. Noks has 10+ years of managerial experience in various sectors within the call center industry and has a passion for delivering high level customer care to all clients.

    Noks has an in-depth knowledge of Customer Service, administration and problem solving having worked for companies like Amazon, Capita SA and EXL.

    She currently resides in Cape Town.
